Summary
Geralt has a lot on his plate, but most pressing is keeping Ciri away from Nilfgaard. So he goes to Lettenhove, having heard of the safe haven there. But he bumps into someone he didn't expect (he really should have paid attention when Jaskier was introducing himself to people all those times), and things get harder. He has an apology to make, but apologies are hard enough at the best of times, and Geralt isn't sure he's going to be able to make this one.
