Summary
It was pretty common knowledge among the people of Hawkins that Steve Harrington was not the sharpest tool in the shed. His grades were passable at best. His basketball skills were mediocre. Even when it came to street smarts, he was not particularly blessed. But he had one more weakness that no one had thus far managed to clock.
Steve was bad at eating.

Part one in my neurodiverse!steve series. Steve has trouble with interoception, meaning the ability to sense the internal state of your body. For Steve, the main issue is that he doesn't notice when he's hungry or thirsty. That causes some problems but thanks to a special someone he's able to get it under control.
