Heat flares low in Wei Wuxian's belly when Lan Wangji surges forward to kiss him roughly, kissing him breathless until Wei Wuxian can only whine.
"I really do."
Wei Wuxian's breath hitches and he sighs. "Y-yeah." He'll give it another go, and even if it's more of the same experience he's had before with other partners, Lan Wangji will treat him well as always.

"Surely it doesn’t matter?" Lan Wangji replies, and his cultivation partner rests his forehead against his shoulder with a drawn out sigh.
"It *does* matter. It’s the first time and you should have a choice!"
Lan Wangji thinks back to the dual cultivation texts still sitting on his desk in the Jingshi and how their contents don't fully encompass what he'd like to do and have done to him.
Or, in which Lan Wangji has his 'First Night' ceremony to come fully into adulthood and his full cultivation and falls fast and hard for his partner, Wei Wuxian.
