8 whole months. It has been 8 months ever since Kim Taehyung had been released.
The first couple of months had been hectic, the reporters were adamant on getting a scoop of the true victim of the infamous case that had stopped and shocked the country, so he had resumed to a quiet existence behind a mask while avoiding any unwanted attention.
Kim Seokjin the famous CEO of JinHIT Labels, had been condemned and accused of the crime while waiting for trial and the company was now facing potential legal actions and bankruptcy, having board meetings to elect a new CEO. Stocks were divided and sold quite cheap as a strategy to keep holding on despite the uncertainty of the future. The biggest company of South Korea, who formed and managed the best idol groups of the new generation, who prioritized music production above all, was falling down on the charts.
Losing to their rivals who found the opportunity rising to strike and rise upon their fall.
It was more than enough material for the gossip magazines and companies to pry off.
