Tugger walks in on his brother and Alonzo in a compromising position. His first instinct is to tell the entire junkyard what he saw, but to his horror no one believes him.
After all this is Munkustrap and Alonzo, the Jellicle Protector and his Second in Command, they couldn't possibly be doing half the things Tugger claims they're doing, right?
