Summary
Christopher Arclight is a raging douche and overall shitty professor. You're a humanities major who hates general education requirements and needs one more science credit to graduate. You chose his introductory physics course because you make incredibly bad decisions. Christopher is a disaster who uses the situation to test out some personal hypotheses. You don't mind; you like being used, you think.

Summary
You and Doctor Arclight are getting better at sneaking around, kind of. You're getting along a bit better, kind of. You're in a relationship, kind of? It's confusing, spawns a lot of questions. Christopher Arclight, the uptight physics professor at your local university, continues to have questions about himself that he can't quite answer without your help. It doesn't have to be you, he thinks, but you're the only willing participant who puts up with his questionable ideas and equally questionable kinks. You thought you were used to it, but the longer he jerks you around, the less patience you have for his antics. Besides, you have the easier question that doesn't require mass amounts of testing, if he'd just pay attention.

Summary
Four months later, and you're not sure what you and Christopher are supposed to be. You know what you are, though: An academic failure and overall disappointment to yourself, enough to make you want to cut your losses and start all over. Christopher might see that, and he might care, and he might have a hard time telling you as much, because he's overcontrolled in everything he says and does. There's a number floating around stating what the odds are of this relationship working out before it all falls apart, but you've never been good at math. It's why you need all the rope and chains to hold yourself together.

Summary
Not only are you, a history major, not learning from your mistakes, you're also watching as history repeats itself. Over and over again. In secret. In your defense, writing history has never felt this good, and you've never been one for stellar decision making in the first place. Dr. Christopher Arclight doesn't have that excuse (or maybe he does, considering the PhD in physics). There's a joke in there about the two of you acing biochemistry in the bedroom, but all these antics have you too tired to think straight. At least you're having fun.
(one-shots that happen between parts of the original series, and after the series proper. i don't have the energy to beta these. tags will be updated, each chapter will have the specific tags listed at the top, ctrl-f will be your friend)
