Notes:

The title of the series is from the above Ralph Waldo Emerson quote, which I thought was very appropriate for this Darcy. All three titles are from the Die Hard series (Die Hard, Die Hard: With a Vengeance, and Live Free or Die Hard, respectively) which very much influenced the first story.

I've mentioned her in the notes of each individual story, but Sarah aka acadecian is the best beta a girl could ask for, and I'm so glad we're friends. I also definitely want to thank Abbie, who wrote the awesome avengerkink prompt that became "All things being equal..." and was a fantastic cheerleader and inspiration for the rest.
