Summary
This is a spin-off from ‘you’ll never have to be alone’ and fits into chapter 15. Can be read on its own but makes more sense in the context of the other story.
After watching them dance around each other for nearly a year, Erik and Aethelflaed’s friends are getting tired of waiting for them to get together. After Aethelflaed helps Eadith get out of a sticky situation with her ex, Aethelred, Eadith decides to thank her by setting her up with Erik on a surprise date.
