Summary
This is a fic based on the short film Sequins, in which TV's Ben Willbond plays the dad of a teenage boy who wants to be a drag queen. Ben's character, Alan, is a bit of a homophobic dick head. As such, some of the language and attitudes reflected in this story are rated H for Homophobic Prick. Alan gets his comeuppance, however.
This is for Redangel228 for keeping me (in)sane.

Oh Alan you loveable / detestable (delete as appropriate) moron!
In which Alan thinks he is going to be taken to Pound Town but actually isn't.
It has come to our attention that it is not clear that this series, as is the film, is set in the 90s. 1997 to be exact. As such, mobile phones etc are not particularly commonplace, hence why horrible things like landines and business cards are in use. Ew.
