“The road is still long for us”
At the age of 24, Akaashi finds himself in a rut. He’s content, but not truly happy. Not happy like he was back in high school when he spent all his free time with Bokuto. Now though, between his editing job and Botuto’s professional volleyball career, getting together for lunch is all that they seem to be able to manage.
Looking to feel happy again, Akaashi wonders if the key to his happiness might be in his best friend – a best friend that has apparently been in love with him for years?

Summary
Sometimes Kiyoomi genuinely wonders what he did in a past life to deserve this. He isn’t even religious, yet he finds himself praying to some higher power more and more these days; praying that somehow this is all a dream and not his life. At this point he’s considering visiting all the shrines in Japan to make offerings in the hopes that somehow his luck will change.
But no. This is indeed his life and unfortunately no higher power will change the fact that Miya Atsumu just walked into Kiyoomi’s favorite kink club. The same kink club that Kiyoomi considered his safe space; a space where he is comfortable being himself and relaxing without risk of judgement. Looks like that’s all about to change…
