A happy family, surrounded by warmth and love, parents who love him, all the food he could ever want to chow down, a warm bath perhaps. Arms he can run into, a bed he can crawl into when he has nightmares, hands that don’t leave handprints and bruises on his body, hands that ruffle his hair, scratch his head, pet his wings, hands that are kind and gentle.

Izuku looks back when the older man groans softly and buries his face in his hands. “Sometimes I wonder where I went wrong with you.”
He giggles softly when the hero gasps indignantly.

Those gold eyes shimmer in recognition and a hesitant whisper so soft he only picks it up because of his enhanced hearing calls back. “….Daddy?”
