Summary
Still, his eyes slid away from Nitori’s face, accepting the forced smile with one of his own. Nitori seemed to deflate a little when Rin retracted his gaze, chewing his bottom lip and backing up a slow step.
"I-I’m gonna go get something to eat. I’ll see you at practice, okay Senpai?" Rin nodded, letting Nitori’s footsteps recede entirely before hugging the jacket to his face and inhaling deeply. It smelled like Nitori; both the scent that clung to him naturally and the laundry detergent he used. Despite the frustrated knot in his stomach, Rin smiled against the fabric.

Rin's never been sure if Nitori likes him in the same way or not, and he's quickly starting to discover why that is.Series

Summary
"Ah-sir, I have your drinks-" Rin turned at the voice behind him, trying to ignore the way it made his heart hammer in his chest. It was probably a little lower than he remembered, but when he looked down at the wide blue eyes staring up at him he didn't really feel like anything about Ai had changed at all. Ai's mouth fell open in surprise, his hands going slack around both coffees, dropping them to the floor at his feet. He squeaked, jumping back from the hot liquid but failing to tear his eyes off Rin, face pale like the alpha was a ghost.
"R-Rin?"

Summary
Pieces of This Is Letting Go that either didn't make it into the main story or were written out of order with the flow of events. Mostly focused on pack dynamics between the Samezuka swimmers and A/B/O dynamics that don't fill in the story.

Summary
“Have you ever thought about loving someone else?" Haru's voice was barely above a whisper, untainted by sleep but soft enough that if he laid still and kept his eyes closed Makoto could have pretended he didn't hear the question at all. Part of him wished he hadn't but ignoring something so burningly earnest from his best friends mouth would have its own consequences, even if Haru never asked him again. Especially if Haru never asked him again, because he'd said 'someone else' like he was starting to accept the foregone conclusion that Makoto was in love with him.

Summary
Akihiko was six years old the first time it really came up, the idea that he and his brother might not be the same in the eyes of their parents. It started when Mei had jokingly declared that she was the favorite over her two older sisters because she was the baby, and Akihiko had argued that being the baby didn't make his parents love him more than Ai.
A tussle and a black eye later they had both dragged a sniffling Ai up to see Ayumi Nitori in her little sunroom, one of them holding either of Ai's arms and Akihiko puffing his chest out so he looked tall and brave even though Mei had given him a bloody nose again. “Nii-chan is your favorite, right Mama?”
