They're all sex offenders. Normally, that would be a good thing, bad people should die right? But the odd person begs for the ADA to investigate. Having nothing really much to do, the ADA agrees.
While on a mission, Gin Akutagawa gets cornered, only to get rescued by a person that goes by the name Hisashi who claims to be new to Yokohama.
The Port Mafia's business in the Red Light District starts to have some issues when bodies start to pile up all over the place, because of this they team up with the ADA to find out who the killer is.
Atsushi finds a photograph of 2 people after bumping into a man, the photograph shows 2 people, him and someone he cannot place. Confused, he tries to ignore it, that is until he starts having a weird dreams.
