Headed by Odin Allfather, Asgard Industries is a leader in the field of alternative energy. Dedicated to developing new, sustainable sources of energy, Asgard Industries is particularly interested in harnessing the power of wind and lightning in order to keep the world going.

 On June 16th, 1990, Odin and his wife Frigga were blessed with a son named Thor; an heir to his empire. Nine months later, on March 1, 1991, they were blessed with another, named Loki. The unwanted son of one of his business partners, Odin and Frigga raised Loki as their own child, keeping his true identity from him for fifteen years.

 But the secret couldn't be kept forever. And once the bonds of blood are severed, other bonds have room to form.
