Summary
In an attempt at a temporary peace treaty between the vision hunt decree and the resistance, Kokomi surrenders the general of her troops in order to gain the trust of Raiden shogun and allow their military to handle separate affairs involving the accelerated aging in amongst her troops.
Gorou is then placed under high security in order to guarantee his safety amongst their own. However, egos are particularly hard to avoid when dealing with enemy forces in such a manner- even if you were supposed to protect them.
