Summary
Phil’s lips split in a wild grin, his teeth flashing as he nods. Technoblade, for just a moment, feels the fear of a new trainer as he catches his friend’s gaze, wild and fiery and challenging. With Corviknight’s dark wings outspread behind him, Phil looks every bit like his title—Kanto’s Angel rearing his head for a fight. He tosses a Poké Ball in one hand and cocks his head playfully Technoblade’s way, Eevee jeering from his shoulder.
“Ready, mate?” he calls, and Technoblade bristles with the familiar rush of battle adrenaline. He carefully selects his own Pokémon and meets Phil’s gaze with a quirk of his brow.
“Bring it on.”
