Summary
This is an original work that I started because I'd been reading a lot of YA with huge amounts of smut and was so pleased that I had not read that type of writing when I was in my formative years (although wished I had discovered it earlier!). The characters are so often portrayed as flawed, but so very much more capable than any of us normals, and particularly the males are REALLY unrealistic (although, I'd love input from men who might find the women in YA unrealistic) The men are thoughtful and caring and so so so GOOD at intimacy, it scared me that my daughter, and other young women might have this type of relationship as standard when it is fiction.
So, did I run away with myself there? I wanted to write something about a real relationship, real awkwardness and a real first time, where yes, the girl does not orgasm despite the fact that they really like each other and the boy is not wholly inattentive.
Not to give any of the story away! The characters themselves then came more alive for me and I couldn't stop writing them. Be aware, write what you know, so there's a fair bit of horse training theory in here. Also families coming together, friends to lovers, natural disasters, death and happy endings.Series

I would not suggest that you read this without Part One of Finding the Rhythm. But hey, this is the internet, do whatever you want!
Warnings of horse training theory and other farming stuff! (Complete)
Will be updated until posted. Some days lots, other days nothing depending on work. Maybe all up on the one day?! But not today 😎When Luke's mother's house is sold, he has to move his stuff and his relationship to a new place. Chelle has never lived away from her parents and Juringa sure is a small town.

Summary
Can Juringa hold more drama than we've already had?! Yep, a festival, a storm, an accident (or two) and some family secrets.
The accident is based on a real life car crash, where my friend Michael vanBaast saved a guy from a burning car, alone and was awarded a hero's mention by NSW emergency services. The horses in the storm are also based on real life. Read onSeries
