About three months into whatever this is Nicky, sitting at the other end of the sofa, leans over to say, "He is fantastic with his mouth," nodding at Joe, who is wiping clean the table after breakfast and idly biting at his bottom lip, clearly lost in thought.
Which, like... Nile is profoundly aware of (not to be trite) the oral prowess of everyone in this room, but she knows that can't be what Nicky means.
Nile inhales deeply, makes her voice sound even when she asks, "Elaborate?"

In the rearview mirror his eyes meet the driver's, gazes catching. A beat later he receives a subdued nod.
"How about for you?" It's asked carefully as the car pulls away from the pub and into traffic.
Joe's right knee is bouncing in tiny spasms. "You could say that." With a sweep of tongue from corner to corner, he licks his suddenly dry lips, finding them a little chapped. He clears his throat. "I'm Joe."

"Yeah," Booker mutters, apropos of nothing, palm breaking the loose hold he's had on Joe's throat since Nicky first twisted into position beneath them.
Now, he widens his stance behind Joe to snare their knees together, and sweeps it down his stomach, pressing on the patch of skin just below his belly button, as if he could conceivably feel them there. His other palm curls around the obscene cut of Joe's hip bone, scritching blunt nails through thick hair and enjoying the minute trembles each drag across sensitive skin elicits.

Eventually, his face tilts up, the flat of his tongue pressing down as he searches her face, and whatever he finds there has him swallowing, closing his eyes tightly, lashes sweeping the thin-skinned hollows floating above his cheekbones.
