One aimless Liyue midnight, Hu Tao finds a runaway Inazuman named Kaguya in the docks of Liyue Harbor — possessing an Anemo Vision she can't harness. The whimsical funeral director offers to help her become stronger, and together with her friends old and new, they navigate Liyue Harbor's daily life — while a looming evil calls from beneath.
