Summary
When Isabelle Holmes stumbles upon her husband on one of her few outings to Marylebone, she recognizes the man he's with as John Watson. Upon realizing John Watson doesn't know Mycroft has a wife, she realizes that something will have to change. For seven years, she has been willing to play down their relationship around his colleagues, letting everyone assume she'd the closest thing to a friend he can keep, because she assumed the small circle he seemed to know through Sherlock knew. Knowing John Watson doesn't even know about her makes her reevaluate what she is willing to accept. The question then becomes if Mycroft can reevaluate his priorities.
