Summary
Alternate continuation of chapter 12 of Campanella and the Sunrise, where both Ji-yeong and Sae-byeok survive marble game. Having gained a day, Ji-yeong, severely lacking in good sense and self-preservation, decides to do whatever it takes to get to Jeju island. And she'll sacrifice herself to make sure Sae-byeok survives. In other words, things get worse for the both of them before they get better.
Two games left till they could buy those tickets to Jeju island, have mojito, and watch the daybreak on the horizon. A little optimism never hurt anybody but Ji-yeong, anyway.
