  Summary

  This is a coda (fix-it) for episode 3.12/3.13, but not in the usual sense. I take the liberty to make some changes and rewrite the ending concerning Tarlos. I go in another direction and also take on TK's addiction. Given the latest developments concerning Carlos, as he still considers himself responsible for killing the guy after the prank call, he is seriously starting to doubt his abilities as a cop.
