Lizzie reluctantly raised her head, which had been hanging low with…shame or something. Hope couldn’t entirely tell emotions apart anymore.
“If you’re gonna be all dramatic about it, then just drink my blood,” Hope said, tilting her head as an invitation.

Summary
She naively thought that once Hope’s humanity came back, the worst would be behind them. It hadn’t set in yet how the universe would never leave things well enough alone. The world would drag Hope Mikaelson to her demise, whether she liked it or not.
Lizzie would be damned if she didn’t spend the rest of her immortal life tearing Hope away from the jaws of death. Hope deserved so much better than dying a martyr.
