Summary

When Spencer's nanny quits, leaving him without childcare for his three year old daughter Charlie he feels hopeless, until JJ introduces him to her childhood best friend, who just so happens to be in-between jobs. The two agree to help each other out until more suitable arrangements can be made all while trying to ignore the undeniable spark between them.
