Summary
Andrea Reyes doesn’t get surprised by much, growing up on a ranch full of unpredictable animals and people plus being the wife of a Texas Ranger and having raised a curious son, she’s used to all sorts of chaos. Which is why she’s struck by how surprised she is to see said son’s boyfriend sitting on her front porch swing when she steps out the door to go on her daily afternoon walk.
She proceeds to show him all the love she has to give and to try to show him the peace that can be found in a mother's love.
