Come spring, the shower of new life and blossoms of romance would burst into life in people's lungs, and they'd safely cough them up. That is if you were over sixteen, due to a vaccine that kept it subdued up to that age.
No deaths, no surgical flower and feeling extractions, just pure chaos as people desperately try to hide their flora from each other and the Flower-Tellers, a group of students innately versed in the art of flower reading.
Eden College’s sixteen-turning-seventeen Cecile Hall students are in for one hell of a season.-
Ft. Damian in-denial Desmond (who definitely doesn’t have Hanahaki, that’s ridiculous), Anya Forger (who wants to find out why her Papa stopped coughing up blood-red roses), Head Flower-Teller Extraordinaire Becky Blackbell (who wants to find out who has the feels for who) and the detective skills of the Forger family (mainly Loid, who wants to find out who Anya likes without opening the Hanahaki box she bought on an apparent whim).
