Description:

Midoriya Izuku never questioned his mother about what medications he took to manage his autoimmune disorder. He never challenged her in her insistence that he keep his illness secret. Figuring she didn’t want to add another target on his back on top of being quirkless. After receiving OFA he develops progressively more concerning symptoms, eventually leading him to discover he was never sick after all. Crazier still, he just might have been born with a quirk after all. With the help of his new guardians (erasurmic), UA, and All Might he just might be able to cope with his entire life being a lie.
