A series of 14 stand alone fics inspired by Daft Punk's 2001 Album: Discovery. The stories are inspired by each one of the songs on the album and each one features Luke Skywalker and Mara Jade (with some supporting cast members) at some point during their lives together. Most generally follow the Legends timeline, but there are deviations.

Some are short and sweet, others are filled with angst and regret. A little misplaced hate, some laughter, and a whole lot of love, crossed wires, and misunderstandings.

So go have a listen and then come back and read these little songfics and enjoy!

Notes:

In 2001, Daft Punk released its second album: Discovery. This album had a huge influence on my life, and as I was in my early twenties, I was at a very impressionable age. I was also just beginning to dive into the world of fan fiction and writing in general. I hashed out lots of crazy ideas back then, but one that I kept floating around in my head was the idea that I could make every song on this album into a L/M short story from various points in time. THEY ALL FIT and I had ideas FOR ALL OF THEM.

Fast forward 20 years or so, and I've just come across some of my old notes. So here we are. These fics won't be in a continuous story form; you'll see them jump all over the place from one story to the next. Each one will be able to stand on its own and some may even contradict events that happen in others... just go with it. ;)
