Summary
Erwin stuck his head out, “Why did you stop? Sir Levi… we’re never going to get there if you keep dawdling like this.”
That was the last straw. Levi had been listening to him complain and prod all day, and he’d had enough. Discipline the prince? Sure, he could do that. Levi tied up the horses to a nearby tree and climbed up the steps into the carriage, Erwin moving out of the way so that Levi could come inside. Levi slammed the carriage door behind him and sat across from Erwin, pointing a finger at him furiously.
“You’re a selfish, spoiled brat,” Levi growled. “And you deserve discipline for your actions. You could’ve been killed back there, and you’re still complaining about the length of the drive? What’s wrong with you?!”
Erwin just stared at him, looking unbothered, but raising an eyebrow after realizing what Levi had said, “D… Discipline?”

“What are you doing out here?” He asked, setting down the log with a loud thud. “Are you lost?”
Levi sniffled and nodded, feeling a little sheepish and stupid for getting lost in the woods. He didn’t know what to say to the man, and he didn’t know whether he could trust him or not. What if he was some type of murderer or kidnapper?
“You look like you’re some type of royal…” the man observed, placing his hands on his hips. “What’s your name?”
Levi supposed he did look like a royal due to his fancy clothes. The man in front of him was practically in rags compared to Levi’s lacy royal suit. He was still too scared to speak, and he took a step backwards, backing into the tree behind him.

Summary
Erwin could see from his chariot that the prisoners were being lined up for sacrifice, and he hurried his horses, knowing he would have to be quick to save the handsome man from his fate. Erwin parked his horses down in front of the temple and rushed inside, seeing them raise an axe above the man’s head.
“Stop!” Erwin shouted in a powerful voice that shook the room.
The executioner stopped in his tracks, pulling the axe away. Erwin sighed in relief, and the people were all gasping and whispering, recognizing Erwin as their god. He was glowing gold, how could they not recognize he was a god?

Summary
The door to his bedroom opened slowly, and Levi looked up to see his now-husband, Prince Erwin, standing in the doorway, looking sheepish and nervous at having caught Levi in this vulnerable moment.
“Um… Levi?” Erwin asked gently. “I came to check on you. Are you alright?”
“Just go away,” Levi sniffled stubbornly. “I don’t want you anywhere near me.”
“Levi,” Erwin sighed. “You… You know we’re expected to consummate the marriage on our first night together. The kings and noblemen will be expecting it, as a unity of our two countries.”

Summary
Levi could see him from across the room, staring at him. The king from the neighboring lands was eyeing him with a look of intrigue and possibly arousal on his face. He was tall and blonde, well-built and thick in all the right places. Levi couldn’t say he wasn’t interested. The king’s name was… Erwin, if he remembered correctly. This was his ball, and he was being courted by other kings and queens of the neighboring kingdoms.
Erwin was grinning at him now, motioning for Levi to come closer. The king hadn’t danced with anyone all night - and he wanted Levi out of everyone here? Levi began to walk over to the man, as if being pulled on a rope towards the man. He approached King Erwin with something like timidness - he was nervous; Erwin was handsome man, and Levi still didn’t understand his intentions.
“King Levi,” Erwin murmured in greeting, bowing slightly to him before holding out his hand to dance with him.
“King Erwin,” Levi bowed in response and took Erwin’s hand, letting the man pull him close, holding one hand in Levi’s and the other around his waist.

Summary
Erwin was already pissed off. He’d been told he’d have the room to himself, the dorm room. But he’d suddenly been notified that he would have a roommate. A royal roommate, at that. Prince Levi would be his roommate, and Erwin couldn’t say he was too thrilled. He’d seen the tabloids, and the prince was a complete mess - he would party all the time and sleep around, and Erwin just wasn’t like that.
Erwin was studious - he always showed up for all his classes and made the best grades in his class. Erwin grumbled swears under his breath as the front door opened to their dorm and a young man, who Erwin presumed was Prince Levi, walked in, starting to point to his servants where he wanted things on his side of the room.
“Hello,” Prince Levi held out his hand to Erwin. “I’m Prince Levi. You can just call me Levi, though. I’m your new roommate.”
“I know,” Erwin grumbled in annoyance. “I was supposed to have this room to myself, but then you decided to move in.”

Summary
The plan’s all set, Erwin thought to himself cheerfully as he watched Prince Levi’s car pull up to the castle. You see, his parents had been begging and begging him to start dating and find a partner, and Erwin knew just how to get them off his case: by dating someone they would hate. Prince Levi had quite the reputation as a partier - a spoiled rich prince that often got into trouble with the tabloids. Erwin thought that by fake-dating Prince Levi for a bit, perhaps his parents would be so mortified that they would get off his case. He’d gotten Levi to agree to it pretty easily - he’d only met the prince once before at a ball, and obtained his number when they’d danced together - and Levi seemed happy to cause a little chaos in the Smith family.
“My boyfriend’s here!” Erwin called out with a giddy grin on his face.
His mother came down the stairs and into the foyer, smiling cheerfully, “Oh sweetheart, I’m so excited to finally meet him. Your father is in the bedroom getting ready, he’ll be down soon.”
