ARCHIVIST: Do you think this one will work, then?
RANBOO BELOVED, voice shaky: Yeah. Yeah, I um… I really hope it will.
ARCHIVIST: Even if I’m sitting here?
RANBOO: I’m not really sure, honestly. Maybe this time if I close my eyes I can pretend you’re not here.
ARCHIVIST: Because of your….
RANBOO: Yeah, my issues. The things I’m here to talk about.
ARCHIVIST: Alright. So, then, we can begin?
RANBOO: We can.(or: i thought too hard about turning dsmp canon into a series of statements from the magnus archives and now here it is)

Summary
It’s at times like this that Tommy is really glad he wears red.
He stumbles through the alleyway with a hand pressed to his side, the other one supporting him against the wall. The sounds of the battle behind him are still loud, he’s still at risk, but there’s no fucking way he’ll ever just ditch Ranboo like that. If Tommy’s standing, he can still fight. He just… needs a second. Just to catch his breath, yeah, that’s all.
(or: tommy ends up injured at the worst possible time.)

Summary
It’s hard to tell exactly what happened before he wakes back up. Everything before feels blurry, fuzzy, not quite real. Ranboo knows it was, though. Despite the issues it feels like it was seared into his mind.
He was dead, and now he’s not. He’s out of limbo. Ranboo is free.
(or: the five times Ranboo runs into someone by accident after coming back to life, and the one time it was on purpose.)
