After enforcing new rules and claims that benefited no one but himself, most of everyone spited the king. Claiming an amount of profit from everyone's shops, making a currency only for himself, a lot of people had enough, and Impulse was one of them.
At first, he wasn't really planning on doing much by himself, but it seemed someone else had a different idea, and honestly?He doesn't mind this.
But he did need some help.

Moonlight shines through the sides of the castle vault, music rushing through the atmosphere as chatter laced the usually empty, hard walls of the blackstone tiled safety place. Perhaps the usual wouldn't call this the best place to host a ball, though none of the participants seemed to care, or even acknowledge the oddities.
A figure stands alone near the curtains, away from the dance floor, pondering to themselves.
