Summary
TL;DR: In my household we speculate quite a bit about Season 2 of Young Royals and eventually someone just yells "You fix it!" This is my attempt at fixing it.
Wille has betrayed Simon for the same reason his own mother betrayed Wille: The Crown. He vows to make things right.
During Christmas break Wille has a number of realizations about the impact of his actions on Simon and he does everything in his power to be the kind of person he wants to be. He talks to Erik in his head. Felice and Madison are themselves, and all Wille wants is for Simon to embarrass him and make him blush. But Simon is still, rightfully, very much upset with him. Wille knows he can't fix it, but maybe he can make it better.
This story begins during Wille's phone call with Kristina and continues into the next school term. At first Wille spends quite a bit of time by himself but connects with Simon once he's back at Hillerska. Inevitable mature content.
