Summary
After making sure the fam were able to survive Barton's plane, the Doctor should head back to them, take them someplace nice while MI6 or someone else takes care of the mess he and the Master had left behind.
But the Doctor can't get the memory of how the Master had made her kneel in the Adelaide gallery in 1834 out of her head and in the course of indulging her fantasies of what could have happened, things get out of hand when the object of her fantasy decides to mentally drop in.

Summary
"I said I'm in your head, dear."
The Doctor turns away from the Master at those words and towards the console. He's been there for longer than she would like to admit, that even going back so far as after the Kasaavin she's had her mind open to him.
'And your legs.' The Master's words are smug inside her head, even as she feels his shoe tapping the inside of her boot inside her mind and her mental body betrays her, legs sliding wider apart at the gesture.
or; the exhibitionist mind-sex interlude that very plausibly occurred between that line and the TARDIS arriving at UNIT
