Summary
The Raid on Onigashima is now finally over. The alliance won, and Kaido died. But Usopp knows he didn't do anything. He knows the rest of his crew has outshined him. He's also learned his lesson from Water 7. He knows he's not holding the crew down, but he has to get stronger. When he was training though, he saw someone that he was not expecting to see.
When Ulti of the Tobi Roppo woke, she realized she was A. in a cave B. tied up in some weird rope and C. at the mercy of one of the enemies she nearly killed last night.
Oh well, at least he's lying about Kaido being dead. Right?
