Summary
Eddie never thought he’d find himself in a place like this.
So disturbing, so terrifying, so sinister.
THE MALL.
His whole image is anti-conformity, so to be in a place where capitalism controls the masses, where consumers are consumed, he’s out of place. But sue him, it’s the hottest day of the summer, and the mall currently has the best air conditioning this town has to offer.
He walks into the building and internally cringes at the crowded mall, eyes squinting because of the bright colors and his ears dying due to the top 40’s hits he’s being subjected to. He scans his eyes throughout all the stores, seeing if anything could peak his interest, only to stop dead in his tracks.
No. Fucking. Way.
Never in his years of life did he think he’d see King Steve Harrington, in all his glory, working in a nautical themed ice-cream shop. And not only is he working there, management seems to have forced him into a sailor get-up.
Those shorts are fucking sinful.
