You walk into his office, instantly wrapped in the smell of him. Right now, it’s stale cedar and coffee that hangs heavily in the air. It’s comforting in a strange way.
Price does not look up when you approach him, his glasses low on his nose and eyes red with exhaustion. There is still a sizeable pile of paperwork, if you don’t get him out of his chair now he most likely will fall asleep where he sits. It’s happened before.Series
