Summary
In the wake of atrocities and blasphemy committed by the Second Fatui Harbinger Il Dottore in Sumeru, many nations reacted strongly against Snezhnaya. Thus, an international conference was held between four nations: Mondstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, and Snezhnaya.
Kaeya, under Grand Master Varka's order, must try to strike a bargain that could weaken Snezhnaya's influence in Mondstadt--and sure enough he found himself playing diplomat among these people who said what they did not mean and meant what they did not say.
Meanwhile miles away, under the guise of a business trip, Diluc worked behind the scene to uncover suspicious activities surrounding the conference.
Through the wheel of fate, Mondstadt must once again rely on its Uncrowned King and Cavalry Captain to dismantle a Fatui plot, while the brothers must again confront themselves to learn what it really meant to grow up and take on the mantle of adulthood.
