Summary
After Gibbs’s squad is disbanded with his daughter Emma about to be reassigned to another team.
New NCIS director Leon Vance makes a proposal to her , which is to investigate the bizarre death of a naval officer. Where she goes to Japan undercover with another NCIS Agent Sam Hanna. What’s even more bizarre is that after their arrival to Japan, Sam and Emma are suddenly targeted when they discover a conspiracy. Involving the infamous former members that were incarcerated from 1988 to 2006 of two inactive organizations The Tojo Clan and Omi Alliance. Where Emma discovers old memories of when she was in Japan around the same time in 1988.
