the charming family has always been perfect, at least to the eyes of ever after. a beautiful daughter who would fulfill her role as a damsel-in-distress, two handsome sons, both the perfect princes, ready to fulfill their destinies of saving princesses.
but, even in ever after, nothing truly is as perfect as it seems. not even the charming family.

well, kind of.
daring, for one, is still reeling from sparrow's harsh rejection.
darling is trying to figure out the best way to get her father to accept her for who she is, her destiny and all.
dexter has to figure out how to stop his girlfriend from blaming herself for her mom trying to kill his family.
and, on the other side of the fence, sparrow hood... well, sparrow has some things to figure out about himself, and a lot of apologies to give.
the stakes are no longer so high. there are no lives at stake, no crazy curses being placed.
so why is everyone still so on edge?
