It's been a month since the defeat of Emperor Belos, and everything is going well for the Human of Bonesborough. She's patched thing up with her mom, she's free to travel between the Demon and Human Realms, and she's finally scheduled that perfectly normal human date with her girlfriend.
And yet... she can't shake the feeling that something's missing from her life. Something she wanted with all her might before going to the Boiling Isles, something she found there, and something she lost on the way home.
It might be closer than Luz expects it to be, and she hopes maybe someday it can be her new normal. But for now, she's gonna have to learn how to deal with these new magical developments all over again.Series
