"I — I don't —" Hawks stammered, blinking rapidly as she felt her wings trembling behind her.
"I didn't mean to." Toga whimpered suddenly, all of her usual delight completely gone. Her lips were trembling, eyes glossed over with tears as she held her hand out in front of her like it had burned her. Hawks looked on in horror.
