Hifumi chuckles at the question, he knew he was only like this when he was sick and vulnerable. He also knew Doppo would do the same if he were to be bedridden as well, their friendship and understanding was strong. “Of course I will! I won’t let you down like today!”
"...good." He deliberately placed his lips against Hifumi's ear, not realizing that it was too bold of a move. "...I'll make sure to be able to protect you next time... when another monster comes in between us."
Hifumi visits Doppo at the hospital, a surprise visitor shows up, and promises are made.
