“Hey,” Louis cradled Harry’s face. “Why are you crying?”
Harry fell into the touch with a slow sigh.
“Because I feel like it’s the ugly part that nobody should see. You don’t see that kinda stuff in romance books or movies, because it’s just…ugh, too mundane? We’re not like fighting, we’re not making it better, we’re not even romanticising it, which hello, credit?” Louis chuckled at that. “It’s supposed to be a montage,” Harry sighed. “Like look it’s great until it isn’t but even then it’s still great and better than anything you have because we’ve got really hot people to play it out.”
“You’re pretty hot to me,” Louis whispered with a definite smirk.
“Shut up, I’m an ugly crier,” Harry sniffled. Small smile tugging at his lips.
