Normally Buggy can handle any insult Mihawk or Crocodile throw his way, much too afraid to risk his life to say anything back to them, but this particular comment makes Buggy see red and before he realizes what he’s doing, his body is reacting on it’s own and he’s lunging across the meeting table at Crocodile. He’s surprised at his own actions as well as the fact that Crocodile’s body didn’t turn into sand the moment that he went in for the attack.

Crocodile forgets why Buggy was originally crying.
