Summary
He starts with warm ups, pentatonic scales and key signatures from compositions he knows, improvising a little and barely thinking about what he’s playing. He keeps an eye on the target - Kang Seohoon, third son of the Kang family and someone with a penchant for platinum blond twinks - the man slowly being drawn into Yoongi’s gravity as if enchanted. Yoongi is so busy splitting his concentration between the piano keys and the advancing of Kang’s surgically perfected facade, the sudden intake of breath in his ear almost makes him jump.
“Kang-ssi at three o’clock,” Seokjin sing-songs over the earpiece and Yoongi only barely resists the urge to roll his eyes.
“The reflexes are getting slow in your old age, huh,” Yoongi murmurs to the mic - and camera - slipped in his bow tie.
“Mm, save the brattiness for the target, why don’t you,” Seokjin replies easily, “He likes them feisty.”
“Too bad, that’s not who he’s getting,” he replies drily, refusing to entertain Seokjin, “Do you have something else for me?”
“Your hands look so pretty when you play the piano, Yoongi-yah,” Seokjin purrs, utterly unprofessional and Yoongi loathes the fact that it does anything for him.
