Summary
It's the 'anniversary' of the Battle of Wolf 359 and Q is in the rather frustrating and rare state of helplessness as he watches his humans... discomfort throughout the day without knowing how to help. All the powers in the universe and he could do nothing. Qs frustations at himself, the Continuum and the universe as a whole find a target in a drunk Commander who boasts to no one in particular about being sure that they would have been able to break free from the Borgs control. Q decides to give them a taste of a far less powerful and far smaller mind controlling organism.
