Summary
Olivine, running low on funding and low on hope, answers a classified ad from an alpha/alpha couple looking for a surrogate. It might be the answer to all his problems—as a director of a dogshit broke church-sponsored orphanage, and as an unpaired omega in his late twenties slowly succumbing to the needs of his body. Desperately lonely, with his health failing him, it’s a chance to break his vows of chastity while staying within the confines of the celibate priesthood. If he never comes to know love, then so be it. At least he can give the gift of life.
For Kuya and Quincy, the omega that shows up on their doorstep is just the latest problem in a line of problems—problems with their fertility, problems with their shattered marriage, problems with their broken past—none of which seem to be getting resolved any time soon. Deep in the poisoned well of their hopes and dreams, they’re still trying for the sake of trying…but it’ll take a miracle for anything to change between them.
