Summary

Summary
After a skirmish, Keith is often full of misplaced energy. He doesn’t come down from the adrenaline easily; he never has. Unlike the younger paladins who retreat to their hobbies or one another, Keith usually keeps to himself, a supernova of emotion controlling him until he can burn it off.
One night, he takes it too far and seriously injures himself. Shiro is there to put him back together - but not before he takes him apart completely.
