Summary
It started with a failed confession. ‘Failed’ because the message apparently didn’t get across correctly and Izuku had never had the courage to do it properly again. After plenty of practice Izuku gathered up the courage on Valentine’s Day of their 2nd year and gave his very first home made cupcake to Katsuki. He’d put a heart on it and everything and when he told Katsuki he made it just for him because he wanted to show the blonde how much he cared about him, the taller teen accepted and ate the treat delicately as though he was savoring it.
But then nothing happened. Katsuki had thanked him and told him it was delicious. He’d grinned and told Izuku he can share his creations with him anytime then went off to class. That was that.
Dishearted but not ready to give up, Izuku decides after some encouraging words that he's going to continue to pour his energy into cooking for the person he loves purely to see him smile and let him know how much he cares for him, even though that person doesnt seem to love him the same way.
Or Katsuki is an absolute idiot and Izuku takes things into his own hands.

Summary
Katsuki grimaces as he thinks about the cold empty apartment that’s waiting for him. As much as he’s wanted desperately to come back and sleep in his own bed, he genuinely hates his apartment.
There’s just something off about it.
It’s clean and updated. Brand new from the day he got it. In fact it’s a penthouse in one of the nicest buildings the city can offer. He’d gotten lucky when he saved the apartments owners during an attack just as he was graduating high school. The family had been so thankful for his help they’d offered to let the explosive up and coming hero rent out a penthouse at a discount.
Of course he snapped it up.
But even back then it hadn’t quite felt right. It was pretty much a place for him to sleep, eat, and be alone after patrol was over. And now, after his first long away mission coming back to his apartment seems…unappealing. At least he will sleep comfortably.
Enter Izuku who makes him realize what he really wants in a 'home'. Maybe its time to do something about their relationship after all.
