Summary
Neither of them made any sort of comments about what they were—and, honestly, they just weren’t the sort of people to label things. They were friends—best friends, even, depending on who you asked at the right moment (Denki, any second of the day; Hitoshi, only when wine drunk on one of Yaoyorozu’s fancier prosecco if only to maintain his “reclusive, loner vibes”)—and they were so intimately entwined that most of their peers, colleagues, and relatives already assumed they were halfway mated by the time they were in their early twenties.
There just wasn’t a Kaminari Denki without a Shinsou Hitoshi close behind, and vice versa.
